Manuscript Requirements

• Manuscript must be original and should not be published previously or submitted elsewhere.
• All submissions must be written in English and formatted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
• Manuscript length should be a minimum of 3 pages. There is no upper page limit.
• There is no restriction on the number of authors per paper.
• Use Times New Roman font throughout the document.
• Be sure to include Index Terms / Keywords.
• Manuscripts should strictly follow the Gongcheng Kexue Xuebao Journal formatting style.
• Follow the step-by-step publishing process as outlined below.

How to Publish Your Paper

1. Submit your manuscript and author profile via email.
2. Editorial screening and peer review will be conducted.
3. The decision (Accept / Reject) will be sent to the corresponding author via email.
4. Upon acceptance, the author must submit the publication fee along with the copyright form.
5. The editorial team will verify your documents and payment.
6. Your paper will be published online after successful verification.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a serious academic offense. It includes copying text, ideas, data, tables, figures, or other creative content without proper acknowledgment.

• Any submission with 35% or more similarity (without citation) will be treated as plagiarized.
• If plagiarism is detected before or after acceptance/publication, the author will be contacted for clarification.
• Unsatisfactory explanations will result in manuscript retraction and publishing ban.

Review Process

• Each manuscript undergoes initial editorial screening.
• Double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
• Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email.
• Review may take from 1 week up to 1 month (maximum 2 months in special cases).
• The editorial board reserves the right to edit the final manuscript.

Gongcheng Kexue Xuebao provides immediate free access to all its published content. We support the global democratization of scientific knowledge by making research freely accessible to readers without restrictions.
